All organizations (student, industry, university, etc) may submit information to be published through “e-nEUS”. The e-nEUS Editor reserves the right to choose what may and may not be published through e-nEUS. If you are a first-time submitter, it is suggested that you contact the editor prior to the submission deadline.
All submissions should be sent to the e-neus editor (eneus@ubcengineers.ca) via e-mail, with a filled e-nEUS Submission Form attached.
+ Deadines
Submissions should be sent to the e-nEUS Editor via email (eneus@ubcengineers.ca) by Friday at 10pm for distribution the following Sunday evening. All important info should be placed in the e-nEUS Submission Form, attached to your email.
+ Appropriate Announcements
- Your submission must be relevant to the students somehow. That is, for example, please don’t submit articles about your cat–even though I really do love cats. They are adorable. Unless it is an engineered cat. That would be appropriate.
- You may not submit event/program advertisements that are only available to students within certain engineering programs or clubs.
- Submissions must be non-program and non-club-membership biased! However, the following types of submissions are ok: Multi-disciplinary programs/events/scholarships; Programs/events/scholarships for students interested in a particular program (as long as you do not have to be in that program to apply/attend); Recruitment events if open to all engineering students in your submission category (first year/upper years)
- If you are unsure about your submission, just ask the editor!!
