The endowment fund covers things that PAF doesn’t.  In the past, items such as couches, fridges & coffee makers have been funded to improve clubrooms.  In general, students may apply for money that will benefit a larger student body – clubroom improvements as well as money for retreats are valid requests.  A maximum of $1000 can be submitted by any one application and approximately $5000 will be dispersed throughout every academic school year.

The endowment fund committee generally meets once a semester in a closed meeting and is chaired by the EUS VP Finance. who is a non-voting member.  All club presidents are expected to attend this meeting and are the deciding members as to where the funding will go.  All decisions will be made during the meeting and applicants who are not able to attend the meeting (ie. Not a club president) will be notified if their application is successful/unsuccessful.
