EUS Council Meetings
On every other Monday at 6:00pm the EUS Council gathers in the AMS Council Chambers to discuss pertinent matters of the Society. Many decisions are made at these meetings, so if you’re interested, drop by.
EUS Grand Council Meetings
Held twice-yearly, Grand Council meetings replace standard Council meetings and act as a preparatory meeting to the Student Advisory Council (SAC) meeting. Grand council includes the usual EUS Council as well as all Ex-Os, CMs and club year reps. Information about concerns with the Faculty and suggestions for improvement are gathered here, and then passed on to the Faculty at the SAC meeting.
EUS Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The EUS AGM is held during E-Week (first full week of February). All interested undergraduate Engineering students are encouraged to attend. This meeting is more fun and serves to educate EUS members as to what the EUS does and to provide an update on the previous year and upcoming initiatives.
tEUSday meetings
Less formal informational meetings are held on every tEUSdays at 12:00pm in or outside the Cheeze Factory. These meetings are designed to be a bit more fun and are the best way for the average Engineer to keep informed about what the EUS is doing.
