The Godiva Band is the Engineering Spirit Band that performs at various Engineering Events throughout the year. Fun filled weekly practices also take place throughout the year. The Band is open to all students who wishes and loves to play music!
This year, there are a lot of new exciting additions to the Godiva Band! Brand new music selections and instruments too! Come and see them for yourself!
If you love music, then Godiva Band is for YOU! If you have played an instruments before, Great! If you have not, and are interested, com’on by and we’ll find something that works for you! Chorus options are also available!
The band will hold regular practices every Thursday night from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Cheeze starting September 24th, 2009.
To join Godiva Band, simply fill out the godiva band application form and send it to godivaband@ubcengineers.ca. Application forms are due before 5pm on Monday, September 21st, 2009. If you have any inquiries, you can also email godivaband@ubcengineers.ca.
