Co-ordinating and Managing (CM) Officers are the highest level of non-elected EUS volunteers. CMs work closely with their parent Executives and help to manage the Ex-Officio Officers underneath them. This allows CMs to gain high-level management and planning experience and develop skills without the additional duties that come with being an Executive. That being said, these positions do have a higher level of responsibility and are great at developing leadership and organizational abilities; they therefore are great stepping stones to becoming an Executive.
How to become a CM Officer: See the Getting Involved page.
