A couple of days ago ubcengineers.ca was hacked. The hackers placed malware which downloads viruses to your computer. If you have visited the ubcengineer.ca website in the past couple of days, a malware and virus scan is highly recommended.
The site has been completely cleaned and security has been improved. Also if you are using Chrome there may be a malware warning message. This is placed there by Google, and should be removed within the next 24 hours.
Again, the site is free of malware and if you’ve visited the site in the past 2 or 3 days, please do a virus and malware scan to make sure you computer is clean too.
