Bob Orlando
Hi Everyone! My name is Bob Orlando and I want to be your EUS President.
Over the past few years, I have seen the EUS transform from an organization heavily based on social events, into a more well-rounded undergraduate society. The creation of EUS Tutoring and the Engineering Student Center project are two initiatives which highlight this change. I am excited to see the EUS moving towards better meeting the needs of their constituents, and I want to be involved with the continued improvement on this front. I believe that I can effectively guide the EUS towards this goal because of the management and communication skills I have developed as the EUS Social Coordinator, and as a Squad Leader with UBC Orientations.
If elected EUS President, I will:
-Push to expand EUS Tutoring to cover more courses, thereby serving more students.
-Continue the transition between the old and new structures, and promote more communication between the Executive, CM, Ex-Officio, and Students.
-Represent students accurately and professionally when dealing with the faculty, media, and the AMS.
-Ensure that the voice of all students can be heard by the EUS Executive and Club Presidents through the use of voice@ubcengineers.ca.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at robertvorlando@gmail.com, or you can find me on Facebook. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please get out and vote!
